Q: Do you work off of multiple listing sheets?
A: We have numerous ways of gathering information for our clients, and ML Sheets are just a small percetage of our research. However, we do alot of background on the ML Sheets and only qualified candidates will be submitted to you.

Q: How often will I be updated?
A: We will update you as soon as we gather any information that meets your specifications.

Q: How much do you charge for the information that I have requested?
A: The information we provide to you is "FREE". However, there is a one time prossesing fee of $24.95. By charging the processing fee we are able to weed out those who are not seriously interested in our common goal. We are looking for serious Investors and Sellers only.

Q: How does your company make it's money?
A: All of our research and information submitted to you is "FREE". However, If you "purchase" or "sell" any investment item due to the efforts or information provided by InvestmentLocator.com, you will be charged a locators fee of $500.00 or 2% {which ever is higher}of the final purchase price of the each investment purchased or sold.

Q: I will be closing a deal that you provided me the contact information on, when do I send you your locators fee?
A: Great, we are glad we could help you. All Locators fee are due at the closing of the sale. Payments must be mailed to our corporate office {see contact us page}.

Q: How do I get started?
A: First choose the catagory in which you fall under (Investor,Owner or Broker). If you are an Investor, fill out the Investor form and submit it to us.Please be sure to read the Agreement Form before you submit your request.

Then your information is downloaded into our database. Once this has taken place we will have a company representative contact you.
